An Act to amend the Workers’ Compensation Act, 1908.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Workers’ Compensation Amendment Act, 1909.

2 Section 10 of Workers’ Compensation Act amended.

Section ten of the Workers’ Compensation Act, 1908, is hereby amended by omitting the words “pneumoconiosis (as affecting miners only)” in subsection six.
