An Act to amend the Stone-quarries Act, 1910.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Stone-quarries Amendment Act, 1911, and shall form part of and be read together with the Stone-quarries Act, 1910 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Section 9 of principal Act amended.

Section nine of the principal Act is hereby amended as follows:—

(a.)

By omitting from subparagraph (v) of paragraph (a) the words “or used”:

(b.)

By omitting from subparagraph (viii) of paragraph (a) the words “three hours have,” and substituting therefor the words “one hour has.”
