An Act to amend the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1908.
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1 Short Title.
This Act may be cited as the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1913, and shall form part of and be read together with the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1908.
2 Section 7 of Amendment Act, 1911, amended.
(1.)
Section seven of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1911, is hereby amended by omitting from subsection two the word “award,”
and substituting the words “industrial agreement.”
(2.)
This section shall be deemed to have been in operation as from the commencement of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1911.
