An Act to amend the Monopoly Prevention Act, 1908.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Monopoly Prevention Amendment Act, 1913.

2 Part I of Monopoly Prevention Act, 1908, extended.

(1.)

Part I of the Monopoly Prevention Act, 1908, shall continue in operation until the thirty-first day of December, nineteen hundred and fifteen, on which day it shall be deemed to be repealed.

Repeal.

(2.)

The Monopoly Prevention Amendment Act, 1912, is hereby repealed.
