An Act to amend the Rangitaiki Land Drainage Act, 1910.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Rangitaiki Land Drainage Amendment Act, 1914, and shall form part of and be read together with the Rangitaiki Land Drainage Act, 1910.

2 Increased authority to raise moneys for purposes of principal Act.

Section two of the Rangitaiki Land Drainage Amendment Act, 1913, is hereby amended by omitting from subsection one the words “fifty thousand,” and substituting the words “one hundred thousand.”
