An Act to amend the Fruit-preserving Industry Act, 1913.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Fruit-preserving Industry Amendment Act, 1915, and shall form part of and be read together with the Fruit-preserving Industry Act, 1913.

2 Section 5 of principal Act amended.

Section five of the Fruit-preserving Industry Act, 1913, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “freehold,” the words “or an approved leasehold.”
