An Act to amend the National Provident Fund Act, 1910.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the National Provident Fund Amendment Act, 1915, and shall form part of and be read together with the National Provident Fund Act, 1910.

2 Section 1 of National Provident Fund Amendment Act, 1914, amended.

Section one of the National Provident Fund Amendment Act, 1914, is hereby amended by omitting from subsection two the words “being not later than the first day of July, nineteen hundred and fifteen.”
