This Act may be cited as the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1915, and shall form part of and be read together with the Education Reserves Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

All reserves and endowments that by virtue of the provisions of section two of the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1910, have heretofore been or may hereafter become vested in the Crown in trust for the purposes for which they are reserved shall be deemed to be subject to the provisions of the Land Transfer Act, 1915; and the District Land Registrar of the district in which any such reserve or endowment is situate shall, on the request in writing of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, and on the completion of such surveys (if any) as may be necessary, issue a certificate of title in the name of His Majesty the King in respect of the land comprised in such reserve or endowment.
