An Act to continue the Operation of certain Expiring Enactments.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Expiring Laws Continuance Act, 1916.

2 Operation of certain expiring enactments continued.

So much of the enactments mentioned in the First Schedule hereto as are for the time being unrepealed shall continue in force until the thirty-first day of August, nineteen hundred and seventeen, and shall then expire, unless further continued.

3 Repeals.

The enactments referred to in the second Schedule hereto are hereby repealed.
