An Act to amend the Hutt Railway and Road Improvement Act, 1905.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Hutt Railway and Road Improvement Amendment Act, 1919.

2 Repeal.

Section three of the Hutt Railway and Road Improvement Act, 1905, is hereby repealed.
