An Act to amend the Apiaries Act, 1908.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

This Act may be cited as the Apiaries Amendment Act, 1920, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Apiaries Act, 1908.

Section nine of the Apiaries Amendment Act, 1913, is hereby amended as follows:—

By omitting from paragraph (c) the word “free”; and

By inserting, after paragraph (c), the following new paragraph:—

Prescribing fees to be paid on the registration of apiaries, and the method of disposal of such fees.”
