An Act to suspend the Operation of the Registration of Aliens Act, 1917.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Registration of Aliens Suspension Act, 1923.

2 Suspension of Registration of Aliens Act, 1917

The Registration of Aliens Act, 1917, is hereby suspended, and shall continue so suspended unless and until its operation is revived by the Governor-General by a Proclamation approved in the Executive Council.
