1 Short Title.

An Act to amend the Products Export Act, 1908.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Products Export Amendment Act, 1929, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Products Export Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Definition of term “products” extended to include tobacco.

Section two of the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting the word “tobacco” after the word “hops” in the definition of the term “Products.”
