An Act to Extend the Duration of the Immigration Restriction Amendment Act, 1931.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Immigration Restriction Amendment Act, 1933.

2 Extending the duration of the Immigration Restriction Amendment Act, 1931.

Section five of the Immigration Restriction Amendment Act, 1931, is hereby amended by omitting the reference to the thirty-first day of December, nineteen hundred and thirty-three, and substituting a reference to the thirty-first day of December, nineteen hundred and thirty-five.
