Purchase or otherwise acquire slack from any coal-mine:

Store any such slack for such period as he thinks fit:

Manufacture from any such slack any fuel or other products, and for that purpose purchase or otherwise acquire such other materials as he thinks fit to be used in addition to the slack:

Sell, supply, and deliver any such slack and any fuel or other products manufactured therefrom as aforesaid.

Construct, erect, or by purchase or lease or otherwise acquire buildings, plant, machinery, railways, tramways, hulks, ships, and other fixed or movable appliances or works of any description, and use or work them, and sell or otherwise dispose of them when no longer required:

Acquire land by way of purchase or lease or otherwise, and take land as for a public work under the Public Works Act, 1928:

Enter into and enforce contracts and engagements:

Generally do anything that is conducive to the carrying-out of the objects of this section, or is incidental thereto.
