An Act to Amend the Supply Regulations Act, 1947.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Supply Regulations Amendment Act, 1950, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Supply Regulations Act, 1947 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Supply regulations revoked by other enactments.

The Schedule to the principal Act is hereby amended by repealing so much thereof as relates to the regulations specified in the First Schedule to this Act (being regulations that have been revoked by other enactments).

3 Supply regulations continued in force.

The supply regulations specified in the Second Schedule to this Act, unless they are sooner revoked by the Governor-General in Council or by any Act, shall continue in force until the thirty-first day of December, nineteen hundred and fifty-one, and shall then expire.

4 Duration of principal Act extended.

1940, No. 49

Section nine of the principal Act is hereby amended by repealing subsection one (as substituted by section four of the Supply Regulations Amendment Act, 1949), and substituting the following subsection:—

“(1)

This Act shall continue in force until the thirty-first day of December, nineteen hundred and fifty-one, and shall then expire.”

5 Repeal.

The Supply Regulations Amendment Act, 1949, is hereby repealed.
