An Act to amend the Co-operative Dairy Companies Act 1949.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title. 1949, No. 22

This Act may be cited as the Co-operative Dairy Companies Amendment Act 1951, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Co-operative Dairy Companies Act 1949 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.)

2 Dispensing with numbering of shares.

The principal Act is hereby amended by inserting, after section four, the following new section:—

“4a

So long as a company is registered under this Act none of its shares need have a distinguishing number.’’
