This Act may be cited as the Supply Regulations Amendment Act 1951, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Supply Regulations Act 1947 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

The supply regulations specified in the Schedule to this Act, unless they are sooner revoked by the Governor-General in Council or by any Act, shall continue in force until the thirty-first day of December, nineteen hundred and fifty-two, and shall then expire.

Section nine of the principal Act is hereby amended by repealing subsection one (as substituted by section four of the Supply Regulations Amendment Act 1950), and substituting the following subsection:—

The Supply Regulations Amendment Act 1950 is hereby repealed.
