An Act to amend the Emergency Regulations Act 1939.
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1 Short Title.
1939, No. 8
This Act may be cited as the Emergency Regulations Amendment Act 1952, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Emergency Regulations Act 1939 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).
2 Revocation of certain emergency regulations.

(1)
The emergency regulations specified in the First Schedule to this Act are hereby revoked as from the thirty-first day of December, nineteen hundred and fifty-two.
(2)
The Second Schedule to the Emergency Regulations Continuance Act 1947 is hereby amended as from the thirty-first day of December, nineteen hundred and fifty-two, by repealing so much thereof as relates to the regulations hereby revoked.
3 Emergency regulations continued in force.
The emergency regulations specified in the Second Schedule to this Act, unless they are sooner revoked by the Governor-General in Council or by any Act, shall continue in force until the thirty-first day of December, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and shall then expire.
4 Repeal.
1951, No. 63
The Emergency Regulations Amendment Act 1951 is hereby repealed.
