An Act to amend the Plumbers Registration Act 1953.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title.
1953, No. 85

This Act may be cited as the Plumbers Registration Amendment Act 1955, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Plumbers Registration Act 1953 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Definition of “sanitary plumbing” amended.

The definition of the expression “sanitary plumbing” in section two of the principal Act is hereby amended as follows:

(a)

By omitting from paragraph (ii) the word “electrical”, and substituting the words “gas or electrical”:

(b)

By omitting from paragraph (iii) the word “electrical”, and substituting the words “gas or electrical”.
