The President and the other elected members of the Executive Committee shall be elected annually at the annual meeting of the Association and shall come into office at the conclusion of the annual meeting at which they are elected. A nomination paper in respect of every candidate for election shall be delivered to or otherwise placed in the hands of the Secretary not less than twenty-eight clear days before the date of the annual meeting in the year in which the election is held. The appointed members of the Executive Committee shall be appointed annually and shall come into office at the conclusion of the annual meeting immediately following their appointment.”
