This order is administered in the Ministry of Justice.
PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Summary Proceedings Amendment Act 1995, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Summary Proceedings Amendment Act Commencement Order 1996.
2 Commencement of Summary Proceedings Amendment Act 1995
The Summary Proceedings Amendment Act 1995 shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1996.
