An Act to repeal the Cornish Companies Management Act 1974
BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Cornish Companies Management Act Repeal Act 1994.
2 Repeal of Cornish Companies Management Act 1974 and amendments

(1) The following enactments are hereby repealed:
(a) the Cornish Companies Management Act 1974:
(b) the Cornish Companies Management Amendment Act 1978:
(c) the Cornish Companies Management Amendment Act 1980.
(2) The Cornish Companies Management Order 1990 is hereby consequentially revoked.
