Transport Amendment Act Commencement Order (No 2) 1981: revoked, on 10 May 2011, pursuant to section 98 of the Land Transport (Road Safety and Other Matters) Amendment Act 2011 (2011 No 13).

This order is administered in the Ministry of Transport.
PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Transport Amendment Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Transport Amendment Act Commencement Order (No 2) 1981.
2 Commencement of provisions of Act relating to minor traffic offences
Sections 15 to 18 of the Transport Amendment Act 1980 shall come into force on the 1st day of November 1981.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings into force on 1 November 1981 those provisions of the Transport Amendment Act 1980 that amend the Summary Proceedings Act 1957 in respect of minor traffic offences.
Date of notification in Gazette: 22 October 1981.
