An Act to amend the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957
BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Oaths and Declarations Amendment Act 1999, and is part of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957 (
“the principal Act”
).
2 Persons required to take Oath of Allegiance and Judicial Oath
This section amended Schedule 2 of the principal Act.
