An Act to amend the Meat Export Control Act 1921–22

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Meat Export Control Amendment Act 1960, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Meat Export Control Act 1921–22¹ (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Guarantees by Board

Paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of section 14b of the principal Act (as inserted by section 3 of the Meat Export Control Amendment Act 1959) is hereby amended by omitting the words “to any”, and substituting the words “to or for the benefit of any”.
