Pursuant to section 2(1) of the Crimes Amendment Act (No 2) 2003, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

1 Title
This order is the Crimes Amendment Act (No 2) 2003 Commencement Order 2003.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Commencement of operative provisions of Crimes Amendment Act (No 2) 2003
Sections 3 to 6 of the Crimes Amendment Act (No 2) 2003 come into force on 17 November 2003.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings into force on 17 November 2003 the operative provisions of the Crimes Amendment Act (No 2) 2003 (which make a number of amendments to the Crimes Act 1961 relating to terrorist activities).
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
