An Act to amend the Manapouri - Te Anau Development Act 1960

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Manapouri - Te Anau Development Amendment Act 1961, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Manapouri - Te Anau Development Act 1960¹ (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Interpretation

Section 2 of the principal Act is hereby amended by adding to the definition of the term “the Company” the words “and includes its permitted assigns”.

This Act is administered in the Ministry of Works.
