An Act to amend the Companies (Bondholders Incorporation) Act 1934-35
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Companies (Bondholders Incorporation) Amendment Act 1962, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Companies (Bondholders Incorporation) Act 1934-35 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).
2 High Court to exercise powers of Bondholders Incorporation Commission

The Bondholders Incorporation Commission is hereby abolished, and any jurisdiction and powers which that Commission had or could exercise immediately before the passing of this Act are hereby vested in the High Court, and the principal Act shall with the necessary modifications be construed accordingly.
The words
“High Court”
were substituted for the words“Supreme Court”
as from 1 April 1980, pursuant to section 12 Judicature Amendment Act 1979 (1979 No 124).
