An Act to amend the Dairy Production and Marketing Board Act 1961

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Dairy Production and Marketing Board Amendment Act 1962, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Dairy Production and Marketing Board Act 1961 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Accounts of Board

Section 32 of the principal Act is hereby amended by repealing subsection (5), and substituting the following subsection:

“(5)

Each of the accounts referred to in subsection (1) of this section shall be operated on only by cheque signed by such person or persons as may from time to time be authorised in that behalf by the Board.”

This Act is administered in the Department of Agriculture.
