An Act to amend the Limitation Act 1950
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Limitation Amendment Act 1963, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Limitation Act 1950 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).
2 Extension of limitation period in case of disability
Section 24 of the principal Act is hereby amended—
(a)
By omitting from paragraph (a) the words “to which section twenty-three of this Act applies, or of any other action”
:
(b)
By adding to paragraph (e) the word “and”
:
(c)
By repealing paragraph (f).
This Act is administered in the Department of Justice.
