Register of members

74 Duty to keep register


Every society shall keep a register of the names and addresses of its members.


Subject to subsection (3), the register shall be kept at the society’s registered office.


With the consent in writing of the FMA, the register, or parts of it, may be kept at 1 or more of the offices of the society other than its registered office.


If a society contravenes any of the provisions of this section, the society, and every officer of the society who is in default, shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
