An Act to amend the Crown Grants Act 1908

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Crown Grants Amendment Act 1965, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Crown Grants Act 1908 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Date of grant

Section 9 of the principal Act is hereby amended by omitting the words “and every such grant shall be entered of record in the office of the Minister”.

This Act is administered in the Department of Lands and Survey.
