An Act to amend the War Pensions Act 1954
This Act may be cited as the War Pensions Amendment Act 1966, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the War Pensions Act 1954 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).
(1)
(2) This section shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of July 1966.
(3) Any regulations made in accordance with subsection (3) of section 29A of the principal Act (as inserted by subsection (1) of this section) may, so far as they prescribe any rates of annuities, allowances, or additions to pensions, be made to come into force on or after the 1st day of July 1966.

(3) Section 5 of the War Pensions Amendment Act 1963 is hereby consequentially repealed.
6 [Repealed]
Section 6 was repealed, as from 7 June 1967, by section 3(2)(c) War Pensions Amendment Act 1967 (1967 No 5).
Section 6
The Schedule was repealed, as from 7 June 1967, by section 3(2)(c) War Pensions Amendment Act 1967 (1967 No 5).
