An Act to amend the New Plymouth High School Act 1889

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the New Plymouth High School Amendment Act 1966, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the New Plymouth High School Act 1889.

2 Repealing certain provisions relating to New Plymouth High School Board

(1)

The New Plymouth High School Act 1889 is hereby amended by repealing section 8.

(2)

Section 74 of the Local Legislation Act 1927 is hereby amended by repealing subsections (2) to (7).

This Act is administered in the Department of Education.
