New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute Amendment Act 1967: repealed, on 25 July 2020, pursuant to section 16(1) of the New Zealand Māori Arts and Crafts Institute Vesting Act 2020 (2020 No 37).

An Act to amend the Rotorua Maori Arts and Crafts Institute Act 1963
This Act may be cited as the New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute Amendment Act 1967, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Act heretofore known as the Rotorua Maori Arts and Crafts Institute Act 1963 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

The principal Act may hereafter be cited as the New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute Act 1963.

All other references to the Rotorua Maori Arts and Crafts Institute Act 1963 or to the Rotorua Maori Arts and Crafts Institute in any other enactment or in any document whatsoever shall hereafter, unless the context otherwise requires, be read as references to the New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute Act 1963 and to the New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute respectively.
Subsection (3) was repealed, as from 18 December 1968, by section 9(1) Local Authorities (Members’ Interests) Act 1968.

This is a reprint of the New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute Amendment Act 1967 that incorporates all the amendments to that Act as at the date of the last amendment to it.
