An Act to amend the Apiaries Act 1927
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Apiaries Amendment Act 1967, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Apiaries Act 1927 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).
2 Beekeeper to advise Inspector of disease in apiary
Section 8 of the principal Act (as substituted by section 2 of the Apiaries Amendment Act 1965) is hereby amended—
(a)
By omitting from subsection (2) the words “the statutory declaration”
, and substituting the words “a certificate”
:
(b)
By inserting in subsection (3), after the word “who”
, the words “gives a false certificate for the purposes of this section or”
.
