An Act to amend the Taranaki Harbours Act 1965

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Taranaki Harbours Amendment Act 1968, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Taranaki Harbours Act 1965 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Area added to Wanganui Harbour District

The Fourth Schedule to the principal Act is hereby amended, as from the commencement of that Act, by inserting, after the word “River”, the words “, the Town District of Waverley,”.

This Act is administered in the Marine Department.
