This Act is administered by the Treasury.
An Act to make provision with respect to public finance and other matters
This Act may be cited as the Finance Act 1969.
It shall be lawful for any local authority within the meaning of the Local Government Act 2002 to expend out of its general fund or account any sum or sums of money by way of contribution to the National Heart Foundation of New Zealand.
Section 2: amended, on 1 July 2003, by section 262 of the Local Government Act 2002 (2002 No 84).
Section 3: repealed, on 1 April 1978, by section 163(1) of the Public Finance Act 1977 (1977 No 65).
