An Act to amend the Immigration Act 1964
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Immigration Amendment Act 1969, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Immigration Act 1964 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).
2 Exceptions to operation of Part I of principal Act
Section 3 of the principal Act is hereby amended by repealing paragraph (h), and substituting the following paragraph:
“(h)
Any person on whom any immunity from jurisdiction is conferred by or under the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968.”
This Act is administered in the Department of Labour.
