An Act to amend the State Services Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act 1969
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1 Short Title
This Act may be cited as the State Services Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Amendment Act 1970, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the State Services Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act 1969 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).
2 State Services Tribunal
Section 27 of the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph (a) of subsection (2), after the words “Court of Arbitration”
, the words “or a Magistrate or a barrister or solicitor of the Supreme Court of not less than 7 years’ practice”
.
This Act is administered in the State Services Commission.
