An Act to amend the New Plymouth High School Act 1889

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the New Plymouth High School Amendment Act 1970, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the New Plymouth High School Act 1889.

2 Provisions relating to banking and keeping of accounts repealed

The New Plymouth High School Act 1889 is hereby amended by repealing sections 12 and 13.

This Act is administered in the Department of Education.
