An Act to amend the Summary Proceedings Act 1957

1 Short Title

  • This Act may be cited as the Summary Proceedings Amendment Act 1974, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957.

  • (1) This subsection substituted section 1(2) and (3) and inserted section 1(4) of the Summary Proceedings Amendment Act 1973 as from its commencement.

    (2) Section 7 of the Summary Proceedings Amendment Act 1973 shall be deemed not to have been in force during the period commencing on the 1st day of June 1974 and ending with the commencement of this Act.
