29 Annual report

Without limiting the right of an Ombudsman to report at any other time, but subject to the provisions of subsection (7) of section 22 and to any rules for the guidance of the Ombudsmen made by the House of Representatives and for the time being in force, the Ombudsmen shall in each year make a report to the House of Representatives on the exercise of their functions under this Act and the Official Information Act 1982 and the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 and the Protected Disclosures (Protection of Whistleblowers) Act 2022.
