The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Misuse of Drugs Amendment Act 2015.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act
This Act amends the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975 (the principal Act).
4 Section 12B repealed (Laundering proceeds of drug offences)
Repeal section 12B.
5 Section 12BA repealed (Charges for money laundering)
Repeal section 12BA.
6 Section 12C amended (Commission of offences outside New Zealand)
(1)
In section 12C(1)(ca), delete “; or”

(2)
Repeal section 12C(1)(d).
