Pursuant to section 32(2)(b) of the Ombudsmen Act 1975, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Ombudsmen Act (Schedule 1) Order 2009.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 24 December 2009.
3 Part 2 of Schedule 1 of Ombudsmen Act 1975 amended
Part 2 of Schedule 1 of the Ombudsmen Act 1975 is amended by omitting
“New Zealand Fast Forward Limited”
.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 24 December 2009, removes the name New Zealand Fast Forward Limited from Schedule 1 of the Ombudsmen Act 1975 in recognition of the removal of that company from the register under the Companies Act 1993.
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
Date of notification in Gazette: 26 November 2009.
