Order

1 Title

This order is the Heavy Engineering Research Levy Act Amendment Order 2021.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 26 August 2021.

3 Principal Act

This order amends the Heavy Engineering Research Levy Act 1978.

4 Schedules 2 and 3 replaced

Replace Schedules 2 and 3 with the Schedules 2 and 3 set out in the Schedule of this order.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on 26 August 2021, replaces Schedules 2 and 3 of the Heavy Engineering Research Levy Act 1978 to reflect the tariff item numbers, statistical key codes, and descriptions of goods used in the Working Tariff Document prepared by the New Zealand Customs Service.
