An Act to amend the Orakei Block (Vesting and Use)

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Orakei Block (Vesting and Use) Amendment Act 1979, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Orakei Block (Vesting and Use) Act 1978 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Correction of description of administering body of reserve

Section 15(3) of the principal Act is hereby amended by omitting the words “Youthline Trust (Incor-porated) is”, and substituting the words “trustees for the time being of the Youthline House Trust are”.

This Act is administered in the Department of Lands and Survey.
