11 Exclusion of land from national park


No area of land or foreshore included in any park shall be excluded from that park, except by Act of Parliament.


The exclusion of any land or foreshore from a park shall, without more, have the effect of cancelling any reservation relating to the holding of that land or foreshore for any particular or general purpose or subject to any condition, and the land or foreshore shall thereupon be disposed of in the manner specified in that Act.
