An Act to validate and confirm regulations made under section 3 of the Primary Products Marketing Act 1953

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Primary Products Marketing Regulations Confirmation Act 1981.

2 Regulations confirmed

The Kiwifruit Marketing Licensing Regulations 1977, Amendment No. 1 are hereby declared to be valid and are hereby confirmed as required by section 4 of the Primary Products Marketing Act 1953.

3 Repeal

The Primary Products Marketing Regulations Confirmation Act 1980 is hereby repealed.

This Act is administered in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
